We believe that personal training is the very best way of introducing weights into your fitness routine. You can learn the fundamentals in a safe, structured environment – with a load adapted to your individual capability.
For more experienced lifters, we are all about progression, motivation, and challenge. There is always somewhere new to go.

10 x 50 minute long sessions / day over 7 days to fit in with your lifestyle
Our classes are fully instructed with up to 5 people/session
We accommodate all levels of fitness experience. We welcome total beginners and experienced lifters.
